know the feeling?

Do you know the feeling?  Just after a long workout or swim...you feel tired...but a good kind of tired? You feel good about yourself.  You feel alive, healthy, and strong... you know you've earned your calories for the day, you worked out your muscles, and you've cleared your mind.  That's how Nicolas feels in this picture...hair still wet from practice, clean and fresh clothes on, ready for lunch and a solid two hour nap.  Carpe Diem, Nicolas!
