Sky thoroughly enjoys ice skating...good thing skating lessons start next week. I get the kids ice skating lessons for the two weeks they're off school during their winter breaks. It's fun, they learn, they get a little more exercise, and we pass the time together. They'll have the same instructor as last year, Ms. Margo...who was an olympic finalist 20 years ago.
Aiden was all about speed and passing people.
We finished skating at about 8:45...by the time we got home it was after 9 pm, after bath, etc it was 9:30...the latest they've ever been up on a school night. They usually go to bed at 8 pm....tomorrow I'll be dragging them out of bed by their feet!
But skating late was so special and a wonderful memory, glad they had it.
