difficult questions already

So I know kids can ask difficult questions but I didn't think he'd ask them this early. I actually have to think hard to correctly answer his questions. Here are some of the questions Aiden asked me on the ride to preschool today:

Why does frost get on my windshield but not on the back window?

If the car doors were closed all night, why is it cold in the car now?

How does the sun dry up the rain?

Why are the leaves falling?

Why do people ride horses? Do people ride deer?

If our car has a battery, why do we have to put gas in it?

  1. Aiden, did you warn your Mommy that you have just begun to ask questions???? LOL!!! She is in for it, I already know. The fact that you are beyond your years to begin with and coupled with the fact that you question everything, she is going to be one busy Mommy answering all of your questions. It will keep her on her toes!!

  3. Dear Aiden,

Your Daddy was the question man too. Usually after he asked a question he'd tell me what he thought the answer was. If he liked his answer better than mine he'd day, "I'm asking my Daddy about this." It was as if his Daddy would side with him.

Your Daddy and Mommy are both very smart and know many answers please ask them the hard questions and save the easy ones for me.
