this little piggy went to the afghan market

Much to Aiden's embarrassment, Nicolas parked himself in front of the raisin bins and was just sampling away.

"Mom, take him away. He's eating and we haven't paid for it yet! Take him away, we're not allowed to do that!" - Aiden

Aiden's squawking didn't bother Nicolas one bit, he continued to eat the raisins until he had his fill and then moved on to the cookies.

Grandma only encouraged Nicolas to keep sampling...she and every other Afghan woman there thought his sampling was adorable.

  1. Nicolas my darling you come from a long, long line of grazers on the Weymer side alone. We nibble, touch, lick our fingers, snitch, look to see if anyone is watching and if the coast is clear we pull, cut or finger out what we need to sample. I do believe it's in your genes and Grandma and the other Afghan women know little boys well to let him get away with it. Truth be told Aiden, I bet you did the exact same thing when you were his age. But you are correct, he shouldn't do that without paying. You are smart to correct him and teach him how to be a good boy just like yourself. My guess is that Grandma or Mommy paid for them or offered to, not to worry. I don't think Nicolas will be behind bars tonight.
