Laila: Old ladies? What old ladies.
Aiden: The old ladies that sit around the table. I always dream about them when I have to pee in the middle of the night.
Laila: Oh, who are the old ladies?
Aiden: I don't know, they just sit around the table. [now, he's smiling because he realizes it's kind of strange and funny]
Laila: And what do the old ladies say?
Aiden: They just say that they're old..."I'm 89 years old, another says, I'm 100 years old." [as he changes his voice to an old lady voice]
Laila: Oh, are they nice?
Aiden: Yeah, they're berry nice.
Could it be? Could it be that he's dreaming about his four great grandmothers that have passed? Strange, I know...
My guess is YES, they are all watching over him and keeping him company and HE's receptive. Next time he brings it up ask him what they look like? Are they playing cards? Do any of them wear glasses?
