While in Connecticut for Grandmother Weymer's funeral, Aiden and Sky met their second cousins for the first time. You could tell right from the beginning that they all somehow knew they were related and not just friends. It took them about two minutes to warm up and they were off playing hide-n-seek, climbing on each other, chasing each other, sitting on each other. There is nothing better in life than family.

Oh my gosh, I thought Abigail and Sky look alot alike. What a great picture, but so very sorry for your loss of Great Grandma Weymer. She was quite a lady! It sure is a beautiful group of children!!
ReplyDeleteAiden saw this picture yesterday and immediately said, "look mommy, Aiden is opening a chocolate at (Great) Grandma Weymer's house". Maybe I'm easily impressed but I think that's pretty remarkable that he remembers that he had a chocolate in his hand while I was taking the picture three weeks ago. He also remembers that it was at Great Granda Weymer's house...he has only been there once in his entire life.
