She loves to use the "baby shopping cart" at Harris Teeter. She's such a good helper too. She follows me closely and carries the groceries. She even hands the cashier my credit card and takes the receipt.

She loved this shopping experience so much that she's been checking the refrigerator to see if we need to go shopping again.

berry blast to the sky

Aiden and Sky make their favorite smoothie - "berry blast to the sky" . Try it yourself!

- 5 large strawberries
- 1/2 cup blue berries
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1 small to medium banana
- 4 oz or pineapple juice
- 4 large spoons of plain or vanilla yogurt

Freeze your strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries the night before then add the banana, pineapple juice, and yogurt to a Magic Bullet blender and blend to taste.

It's a lot of fun to watch Sky at Tae Kwon Do practice. She takes herself very very seriously. She's watched her brother practice for the past six months so she knows many of the moves already. She's a good listener, and she has good coordination and balance. To my surprise, she even knows some of the Korean terminology too. Most importantly, she enjoys every minute of practice and when it's all over, she's glowing with pride.
